Room rentals

Our room rental guests are just as important to us as our own students! Below you have the description of each of our rooms. You are welcome to visit us and check them out in person, just send us an email! Click the button on the side to access room availability and prices!

Studio a

Studio A has 115 square meters, fully adapted to dance classes of any kind. It includes high impact floors with grip to avoid slipping, 11 meter barres, 11 meter mirrors installed in 2 of the walls and a long window allowing constant natural light. All the material stored in the room can be used in rentals, including: sound system (Bluetooth and cable), mats, balls, weights, elastic bands, foam rollers, etc

Studio b

Studio B has 40 square meters, fully adapted to dance classes of any kind. It includes high impact floors with grip to avoid slipping, a 2 meter mobile barre, 3 meter mirror installed in one of the walls and a long window allowing constant natural light. All the material stored in the room can be used in rentals, including: sound system (Bluetooth and cable), mats, balls, weights, elastic bands, foam rollers, etc.

Music Studio

Our Music Studio has 25 square meters, fully adapted to music classes of any kind. A sounds proof layer of wavy cork was installed both on top and inside the walls to allow practicing without distraction. All the material stored in the room can be used in rentals, including: Piano Yamaha, 12 chairs with small table attached, 3 acoustic guitars (one for left handed students), 1 full size violin, etc. For the use of instruments, please contact the school board for permission.

ARTS Studio

Our Arts Studio has 25 square meters. It includes storage shelves for your particular projects, 3 long work tables, 2 adjustable drawing boards, 7 easels, 8 chairs, 5 high stools and 2 smalls stools. All the non-disposable material stored in the room can be used in rentals, including: Brushes, auxiliary material for ceramics, cutting material, drawing and painting books, pallets, boards, etc. For the use of the arts material, please contact the school board for permission.

Small Offices

Our Small Offices have 7 – 11 square meters. They can be used for various purposes such as studying sessions, private tutoring, working space, individual instruments classes, etc.
